Cancel 30 days or more before departure and receive a full refund, minus a small processing fee.
15-29 Days Before Travel
Cancellations in this window are refunded 50% of the package value.
Within 7 Days of Travel
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of departure are non-refundable, as hotels and transport are already confirmed.
